September Contest and Photo Challenge

 Winners and Honorable Mentions

September's challenge was to choose a word and then create a photo that matches it.  A picture is worth 1,000 words, but we wanted to see if you could describe just ONE with an image.  The results were utterly gorgeous.  Also, on a side note, thank you guys for your patience with the new contest format - you're troopers :).

NOTE: Contestants are allowed to win the "People's Choice" portion of the vote contest only once.

Thank you all for participating!  The thing that stuck out to me most this go-round was the attention to detail in so many of these.  To describe one word, you used many combinations of imagery, making for some very dynamic photos for me to look at.  Nice work!

Stay tuned for next month's challenge - FASHION!

It's the month for costumes, so get serious about the clothes.  :)
